Running it for a team

To use honest-agent as a team, you’ll want two things: the evals running on a regular schedule, so you catch a regression soon after it happens, and a report everyone on the team can open. This section shows how to set that up, with recipes we tested and advice on keeping your data safe along the way.

honest-agent for a teamA scheduled job runs the evals. It reads and writes the results in private storage, publishes the report to a host behind a sign-in, and sends a Slack alert. Your team opens the report and gets the alert; only the job touches the results.Scheduled jobruns the evalse.g. GitHub ActionsResultsprivate: MotherDuck or S3Reportbehind a sign-inSlack alertwhen an eval failsYour teamreads, writes
  • The results hold everything: every request and response, the run settings, all history. Only the job that runs the evals reads and writes them.
  • The report is built from the results and shows recent runs. Your team opens it in the browser, behind a sign-in. Viewers never get the results.
